Collective Healing is Generational Wealth

“I wish I knew how it would feel to be free

I wish I could break all the chains holding me

I wish I could say all the things that I should say

Say 'em loud, say 'em clear

For the whole round world to hear

I wish I could share all the love that's in my heart

Remove all the bars that keep us apart

I wish you could know what it means to be me

Then you'd see and agree

That every man should be free

I wish I could give all I'm longing to give

I wish I could live like I'm longing to live

I wish I could do all the things that I can do

Though I'm way overdue, I'd be starting anew

Well, I wish I could be like a bird in the sky

How sweet it would be if I found I could fly

Oh, I'd soar to the sun and look down at the sea

And then I'd sing 'cause I'd know, yeah

Then I'd sing 'cause I'd know, yeah

Then I'd sing 'cause I'd know

I'd know how it feels

I'd know how it feels to be free, yeah, yeah

Oh, I'd know how it feels

Yes, I'd know, I'd know how it feels

How it feels to be free, Lord, Lord, Lord, yeah”

I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel to Be Free

~Nina Simone

We have to decide who we want to be.

While there is a time and place for everything, violence teaches us nothing new. Investing in healing is strategy.

Whole with Joy exists because that decision matters now more than ever. This work is about healing what has left us broken, from the wounds we carry in our bodies and spirits to the collective fractures that show up as division, despair, and spiritual scarcity. This isn't about pretending everything is fine. It's about choosing to heal in the middle of crisis. It's about building something different—together.

On June 24th, I thought I was simply sharing my vision for Whole with Joy during a branding shoot. But what unfolded was far more, it became a collective ritual.

Strangers gathered on the land. We breathed. We listened. We held each other's stories. We laughed. We remembered what this culture teaches us to forget who we truly are.

This is the work, creating spaces where people can heal the scarcity that tells them they're not enough, break through the separation that keeps us isolated, and remember the purpose that lives in their bones. Through prosperity coaching, healing circles, and earth-based practices, we return to wholeness together.

This path is both personal and collective. It asks for willingness: to sit in the unknown, face discomfort, practice humility, let go of what we think we know, stay curious, and listen deeply. It also asks us to root in the wisdom of our bodies and the earth, and to allow space for joy to guide the way.

Whole with Joy is my vision for healing in divided times. A reminder that another way is possible.
