Nature-Inspired Wellness & Resilience for Teams

Help your team move beyond burnout and build sustainable cultures of care.

I partner with schools, nonprofits, art collectives, and mission-driven organizations to restore connection, support teams through crisis and transition, and create environments where both people and mission can thrive.

Services Include:
Workshops ● Retreats ● Team Healing Circles ● Leadership Development ● Trauma-Conscious Wellness Consulting

How I Work

I integrate trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and nature-based facilitation to help teams shift from reactive, depleted patterns to grounded, collaborative ways of being. When teams reconnect with natural environments and each other, they develop the relational trust and resilience needed for lasting organizational health.

Sessions can be facilitated outdoors (preferred), indoors, or virtually, depending on your team's needs and circumstances.

Who This Serves

Organizations navigating burnout, collective grief, major transitions, and culture change. Teams ready to build wholeness from the inside out.

With 15+ years of experience in trauma-informed care, community healing, and holistic transformation, I help organizations create cultures where people can actually thrive, not just survive.

Nature teaches resilience, interdependence, and cycles of rest and growth - When teams reconnect with natural environments, they remember these patterns exist in healthy systems, including their organizations.

Why Nature-Based?

Stylized black and white leaf shape.

The nervous system settles outside institutional walls - Outdoor spaces naturally support regulation, helping teams move from reactive stress responses to grounded presence.

Hierarchies soften in nature - Natural settings create more level ground for authentic connection and honest dialogue across organizational roles.

Stylized architectural dome with geometric patterns.

This work unlocks teams' natural capacity for collaboration - By removing barriers to authentic connection, creativity and cooperation emerge organically in any setting.

This work is rooted in ancient wisdom - Indigenous traditions have always known that true healing happens in community and in relationship with the earth, not in isolation or through depletion.

Trauma-Informed & Resilience Consulting Ongoing consultation to help organizations build cultures of care through a nature-based, trauma-informed lens. I work with leadership and teams to develop sustainable practices, strengthen organizational resilience, and create workplace environments rooted in collective well-being rather than extraction and depletion.

This isn't about adding more programs or policies. It's about helping organizations understand how trauma, stress, and disconnection show up in workplace culture, and building capacity for healing, regulation, and authentic care.

Available: In-person or virtual
