Prosperity begins within.

Return to Yourself

Whole with Joy is a path of spiritual liberation and embodied transformation. A movement from scarcity into prosperity. From brokenness into wholeness.

This work is about learning how to relate to ourselves, each other, and the earth from wholeness. From harmony, not survival.

Freeing the body from inherited survival patterns. Unlearning the beliefs, roles, and conditioning that disconnected us from ourselves.

Here, we do not remake ourselves into something new. We remember what has always been true.

How We Work Together

Outline of a leaf with multiple vein details.

Much of what we call suffering is learned. We were conditioned into urgency, scarcity, disembodiment, and separation from the Earth and ourselves. Healing, in this work, is not about fixing who you are, but undoing what never belonged to you.

Whole with Joy is an unlearning sanctuary. A space to transform inherited survival patterns and remember your inherent power, worth, wholeness, and capacity for joy. This work unfolds through embodied practice, somatic healing, ancestral wisdom, and earth-based ritual, offered in both one-to-one journeys and collective spaces.

You are met here as whole: mind, body, and spirit. As inner prosperity is restored, life reorganizes naturally, shaping how you live, how you love, how you lead, what you build, and what you pass on.

Joy is a guide for embodied joy, intimacy, and prosperity

Her work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not about fixing what's broken, but about remembering who we are beneath survival, scarcity, and inherited patterns.

A woman with dark skin and styled dreadlocks holding a small terracotta pot with red roses inside, standing outdoors in a green, wooded area, wearing a shiny gold dress, shell choker, and large earrings.

At the root of our suffering lies disconnection.

Through her own healing journey from relational trauma and inherited scarcity patterns, Joy learned that transformation doesn’t happen in your head. It happens when the body is brought back into relationship.
When safety is restored from the inside out.
When dignity is reclaimed.
When life begins to meet you again.

This work is about restoration.

It restores connection —
to the body,
to desire,
to sensation,
to the living world we are part of.

Desire is honored rather than suppressed.
Presence replaces performance.
The capacity for intimacy deepens.

Transformation here is not about fixing or self-improvement.
It is the return of aliveness.
The restoration of agency.
The remembering of joy.

Joy’s approach integrates trauma-informed care, somatic and attachment-based frameworks, earth-based wisdom, and embodied practices that support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and intimacy with life.

She works with individuals and groups navigating threshold moments — seasons of transition, expansion, grief, and becoming.

This work is deeply informed by her experience of motherhood, which clarified what it means to embrace wholeness and pour abundance into the next generation. Becoming a mother invited a deeper commitment to intergenerational healing: looking honestly at what was inherited, what was repeated, and what could be transformed.

We're not just healing ourselves. We're building true generational wealth to pass down.

Healing is ecological, spiritual, and relational.

FAQs

  • This work guides you back to yourself, because that's where prosperity begins.

What keeps us stuck isn't personal failure. It's inherited patterns of scarcity, performance, and disconnection passed down through families and systems. These aren't character flaws. They're survival strategies that once kept our ancestors safe.

This work transforms those patterns at the root, through embodied practice, somatic healing, and reclaiming your wholeness.

  • This work reconnects you to what makes you feel alive: pleasure, rest, intimacy, joy, embodied presence. It helps you understand the patterns shaping your life—how attachment wounds and inherited beliefs influence your relationships with money, power, intimacy, and purpose.

Together, we explore which beliefs are truly yours and which were inherited for survival. We work at the level of body and nervous system to unlearn the myth that your worth depends on productivity, perfection, or proving yourself. You learn to build a life rooted in your actual values, not inherited obligations.

This transforms scarcity into prosperity not just materially, but relationally and spiritually. It reshapes how you relate to money, intimacy, power, rest, pleasure, and purpose: from scarcity to wholeness, from performing to being, from survival to self-trust.

  • You'll move from unconscious patterns to conscious choice:

    • Self-awareness of what's been shaping your life (patterns, triggers, inherited beliefs)

    • Understanding of how attachment influences your relationships, money, rest, and power

    • Trust in your body's wisdom and your ability to regulate yourself

    • Capacity to set boundaries without guilt and rest without shame

    • Practices that create space for rest, joy, purpose, intimacy, and financial ease

  • Who Are You? (1:1) - Deep individual work for those ready to transform survival patterns and reclaim their identity. Available as a 6-week intensive or 12-week journey.

Embodied Intimacy (1:1) - A 4-week journey into intimate relationship with yourself: desire, presence, sensuality, and the body as sacred ground. An entry point into deeper transformation.

Who Are You?: Identity as Wealth (Group) - A virtual group journey exploring identity, prosperity consciousness, and spiritual liberation together.

Transformational Gatherings - Intimate facilitated experiences for communities, friend groups, and celebrations, including Nectar, Rest, and custom gatherings.

Organizational Wellness - Workshops and retreats rooted in rest, resilience, and embodied care.

Consulting - Custom engagements for organizations and leaders ready to integrate prosperity consciousness, embodied wellness, and spiritual liberation into their culture and practices.

  • This work is for you if you're ready to go deeper beyond managing symptoms to transforming what's at the root. If you're navigating a transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or ready to shift from scarcity to prosperity at a foundational level, this might be your path.

The best way to know for sure is through a free consultation. We'll explore what you're seeking and whether we're aligned. It's a chance for both of us to discern if this is the right container for your transformation.
