Who Are You?

Identity as Wealth

A 6-Week Virtual Cohort of Embodied Transformation

A 6-Week Virtual Cohort of Embodied Transformation

Now Enrolling: May 14 – June 25
Thursdays, 7–9 PM

What This Is?

You have been shaped by survival.
By what was expected.
By roles you stepped into before you had the chance to choose.

This program is an invitation to pause, go beneath all of that, and ask with curiosity and courage who you actually are.

Who Are You? is a six-week virtual cohort for those navigating transition, disconnection, or a quiet hunger to live more aligned with themselves.

Through reflection, somatic practice, creative expression, and dialogue, participants begin to recognize the patterns and expectations that have shaped their lives and reconnect with the deeper truth of who they are.

This is embodied, contemplative, and relational work.
You will not just think about yourself — you will feel your way back.

And the group itself is part of the medicine.
In witnessing one another, something new becomes possible.

Questions We’ll Explore

  • What do you desire?

  • What do you fear?

  • What have you been holding that is ready to be released?

  • What becomes possible when you choose from alignment ?

Not Ready for the Full Cohort?

You can still begin the journey. The Who Are You? Reflective Workbook was created as a starting place for those who feel called to explore themselves more deeply, but may not yet be ready for the full group experience.

  • This workbook invites you into the same core questions we explore in the cohort:

    • What do you desire?

    • What do you fear?

    • What have you been holding that is ready to be released?

    • Who are you becoming beneath survival and expectation?

Through guided reflections and prompts, you’ll begin to reconnect with your inner world, your truth, and your voice.

You don’t need to have the answers.
You only need a willingness to begin.

★★★★★ "Thought-provoking exercises provided a deeper understanding of my true identity. This is just what I needed!"— Joyce G.

What Graduates of Who Are You? Are Saying

  • Katie

In a time of transition and uncertainty in my own life, I was excited to dedicate time and resources to exploring myself and my journey more deeply and intentionally. This program was a wonderful opportunity to expand my perspectives, to connect with others trying to do the same, and to practice using different tools and modalities to express emotions, think deeply and provocatively, and to become a more aligned, embodied version of myself.

The process revealed different aspects of my own journey and has opened new doors of self-reflection. Joy has such compassion for others and a way with helping others navigate the complexities of ourselves and our lives, and it shows in the intentionality of her program.

  • LT

“I came to this program during a transition period after a long, heavy several years that left me feeling disconnected from my Self and Body. In our meetings I felt safe and comfortable to explore ways back to both. Open minds and open hearts of the group allowed me to witness and be witnessed and be supported in ways I’d never experienced before. I will be grateful always to everyone who created and made this experience possible!”

  • Kimberly

“I came to the program with curiousity and left with tools and greater community. I was able to process and unravel some things I was working through in a welcoming and thoughtful facilitated community. I have applied many of the tools and things I learned and shared them with my village. It was an amazing experience and I hope to be able to participate in many more of theses opportunities.”

The Who Are You journey was a wonderful, deep, and emotionally real experience that I would have never thought I would experience. It was a 6 week journey of seeing the truth of my own and the peoples around me experience. I learned a lot about the deeper grief that I never knew I felt and it dug up deep emotions that I didn't know needed to be addressed. The community aspect felt very surreal me to because of the many different experiences and phases of life that we were present in the community. I wouldn't have changed anything about this experience.
