We often feel broken not because something is wrong with us, but because we've suppressed so much of who we truly are.
Through movement, breathwork, and sensory connection with the earth, we'll explore the shadowy, powerful parts of ourselves that society teaches us to tame.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Guided embodiment practices to awaken your sensual power
Grounding rituals and earth connection (weather permitting, we'll be on the land - hands in soil, feet on grass, breath under open sky)
Permission to explore the "villain" traits that have been shamed (your anger, your wanting, your taking up space, your seductive power)
Connection with other women in a brave, playful container
To leave feeling more alive, whole, and at home in your body
WHAT TO BRING: Just yourself and optionally something that makes you feel powerful — think black, velvet, lace, red lipstick, or whatever your inner villain would wear. Dress for being outside on the earth (comfortable shoes, layers).
WHO THIS IS FOR: Women ready to stop shrinking, done performing niceness, and craving their unapologetic era. No dance or movement experience required.
